Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on QRko. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

All sales on QRko are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in the specific cases listed below.

1. No Refund Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • QR tag has been activated, registered, or linked to your account.
  • QR sticker has been applied to a vehicle or any surface.
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Incorrect address or contact information provided at the time of order.
  • Buyer is no longer interested in the product after dispatch.

2. Exceptions — When We Will Help

We will resolve the following cases on a case-by-case basis:

  • Product received damaged or defective – If your QR tag arrives physically damaged or the QR code is unreadable, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will send a replacement at no cost.
  • Wrong product delivered – If you received a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement.
  • Order not delivered – If your order is not delivered within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.
  • Duplicate payment – If your account was charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error, we will refund the extra amount within 7 business days.

3. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched.
  • To cancel, email us at support@qrko.in immediately with your order number.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. In case of a payment failure where your account was debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If it is not reversed, contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it.

5. How to Contact Us

For any order-related issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include your order number, mobile number, and a clear description of the issue. For damaged product claims, attach photos.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
