General
QRko is a QR-based vehicle identification system. You stick a QR tag on your vehicle or helmet. If someone needs to reach you — for a parking issue, accident — they scan the QR code and can contact you instantly, without ever seeing your actual phone number.
No app is needed to scan your QR tag. Anyone with a smartphone camera can scan it — it opens directly in a browser. You only need to create an account on our website to set up your profile and manage your QR tags.
No. You pay once and the QR tag works for life. There are no hidden fees, no renewals, and no subscriptions. Scans are always free.
We have QR tags for cars (windshield sticker), bikes and scooters (helmet + bike sticker combo),. They work on any vehicle or bag where a sticker can be applied.
Writing your number exposes it to every stranger who sees your vehicle — including scammers and spam callers. QRko lets anyone reach you through a masked call without ever seeing your real number. You also get notified on every scan and can block unwanted contacts.
Privacy & Safety
Never. Your phone number is always hidden. The scanner sees only the information you choose to make public — like your name, emergency contact name, and blood group. They can reach you through our anonymous call or message feature without knowing your number.
You control what is shown. Typically displayed: your display name, emergency contact name and relationship, blood group, and vehicle details (make, model, colour). You can hide or update any of these from your profile at any time.
Yes. Every time your QR tag is scanned, you receive a notification via SMS or WhatsApp (based on your preference). The notification includes the time and approximate location of the scan so you know who scanned and when.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. OTP-based login means there is no password that can be stolen. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
When someone scans your QR and wants to call you, they enter their phone number on the scan page. Our system connects both of you through a virtual bridge number — neither side sees the other's real number. It works exactly like a normal phone call, but both numbers are hidden.
We have daily call limits per QR tag — max 2 calls per day for parking issues and 2 for emergencies. This prevents spam. You receive a scan notification each time, so you always know when your QR is being used.
If your vehicle is stolen, log in to your account and deactivate the QR tag immediately. It will stop working within seconds. No personal information is ever stored on the sticker itself — the QR only contains a URL, so there is nothing sensitive to misuse.
Orders & Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and all major wallets through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available in select areas.
Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy on all unused, unapplied QR tags. If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Yes. You can add multiple tags to your cart and manage all of them from a single account. Each tag gets its own unique QR code and profile.
Yes, we deliver to all pin codes across India. Shipping is free on all orders. You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Setup & Usage
Log in to your account on our website, go to your Profile, and activate your QR tag by entering the unique code printed on the tag. Then fill in your vehicle details and emergency contacts. That's it — your tag is live!
Yes, you can update your emergency contacts, vehicle details, or any other information at any time from your profile. Changes take effect instantly — no need for a new sticker.
Our stickers are made from weather-resistant, UV-proof vinyl designed to last for years outdoors. If your sticker is genuinely damaged within the first 6 months of use, contact us and we will send a replacement at no charge.
The QR code is tied to your account, not the vehicle. If you sell your old vehicle, simply update the vehicle details in your profile to reflect your new vehicle. If the sticker is still physically on the old vehicle, we recommend buying a new tag for the new vehicle to avoid confusion.
Yes. One account can manage multiple QR tags — one for your car, one for your bike, one for a family member's vehicle. Each tag has its own profile, scan history, and emergency contacts. You manage all of them from a single dashboard.
The QRko mobile app is coming soon on Android and iOS. Right now, everything works through our website — your profile, order management, and scan notifications all work perfectly on mobile browsers. Scanners never need any app at all.
