Does the person need an app to receive my info?

No. NFC is built into every iPhone (XS and newer) and almost every Android phone made after 2015. Tapping your card opens a standard web page in their default browser — no download, no setup.

Can I update my profile info after I receive the card?

Yes, anytime. Log into your QRko profile and update your photo, phone number, social links, address — anything. The card itself never needs reprinting. Your profile stays live for 3 years.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 48 hours of you approving the design proof. Standard courier delivery is 2–4 business days across India. Custom design orders add approximately 24 hours for the consultation and proofing.

What if I don't like the card design?

We always send a design proof on WhatsApp before printing. You can request changes — we revise until you're happy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the final card, we offer a 100% refund.

Is ₹1,200 the only charge?

Yes. ₹1,200 covers the card design, premium PVC print, NFC chip programming, 3 years of profile hosting, and free delivery across India. No subscription, no renewal fees.

Does it work if my phone case is thick?

Most cases are fine. NFC signals pass through plastic, silicone and thin leather without issue. Very thick or metal-backed cases can occasionally weaken the signal — removing the case for the tap solves it every time.

Can I order for my whole team?

Yes. Send us your team list with names and designations and we'll create a matching set of cards, all on one order with one shared design template. Bulk pricing is available for 10+ cards.

What happens after the 3-year hosting period?

You can renew your profile hosting for a small annual fee to keep the same page live. If you choose not to renew, the card simply stops opening your page — nothing is charged automatically.
